- AJAlix JohnstonApr 6, 20261.0Asked for a protein bowl like I always do, when I politely asked for more spinach he told me that there is a limit and I understand to a point but when you drop a few leafs instead of full portion of spinach then yes I am going to question ask for more, I AM PAYING FOR IT AND YES I WILL PAY THE EXTRA TO COVER THE DIFFERENCE IF NEEDED! So needless to say horrible customer service, WORST franchise I've dealt with. Hope corporate correct there employees. I will gladly go elsewhere like I am now.
