I went there this past Tuesday around 9pm. I ordered on the app and there were only 2 people in the drive-thru line in front of me, so i figured it would be quick. I was wondering why the wait was taking so long and then realized there was a school bus parked in the far side lot. Patience ensued bc I know how improtant it is for the kiddos to get their Bell. When I got to the window, I encountered a gal named Kareema(may be spelled wrong) who was quite possibly the NICEST fast food employee I have ever met~and I'm 51yrs old. She apologized for the eaot, offered a free beverage for the trouble, and accommodated my couple extra requests. The best part is that she seemed incredibly genuine, not just touting a rehearsed apology. The words and smile behind them were refreshing!

They would get a zero stars They told DoorDash my order was ready for pickup at 3:51 at 3:58 they said no it’s not I said how long they said 5 minutes I said ok I will go pickup my Starbucks because they lied and I don’t want my coffee cold I came back 8 min later they were serving drive thru and not my order. At 4:20 I contacted DoorDash to let them know I need to get home and my order still isn’t being done they say they are too busy… I let them know if they wouldn’t have said in the app the order was ready I wouldn’t have an issue but they did and 36min later is crazy wait time with my toddler. This store doesn’t need to lie bout orders ready when they are not or at least put effort to complete the order if it’s obviously an issue
