    What's the point of ordering on the app and getting told a time your sub will be ready if you place your order and go pick it up at that time just to be told it will be ready in a half hour?

    We have always enjoyed our visits to this Subway on East Court Street. Tonight, Scarlett helped us. She is most efficient, and at the same time, welcoming and friendly! Perfect combination! (She even cut the tomato and cucumber slices in half before tossing them into my salad bowl! Wow- we’ve never had that!) Also, warm personalities do so much for the overall experience at any eatery, and Scarlett and the other employee behind the counter were a great hire. All employees everywhere should have these qualities, because they make us customers want to return again soon…
