The nicest thing I can say is that there's a 50/50 chance you get all the items you paid for. One time, the gentleman at the register actually thought it would be appropriate to tell us our card had been declined... as a joke. In this economy. Tonight was the last time I'll be going to this location. We waited at the speaker for twenty minutes to order. Two orders were placed while we waited at the other speaker. When I called out to the person on the other end, we were told they'd "be with us in a moment," only for them to take a third order on the other speaker. It was the same person handling both. Why both lanes were open when a single person is going back and forth (or meant to be) is wild. And, from previous experience, the manager will see this review and blame the fact that "people don't want to work." Take your money—and your time, because it will claim quite an bit—elsewhere.
