They did forget my food, got all the way home and had to call the store about my missing items. Had to drive another 15 minutes back to the store and another 15 minutes back to my home. They did give me a free taco card.

I was reluctant stopping at a Taco Bell & combating the AI order taker but lo and behold, there was a real life human & a really nice one at that. I believe he said his name was Grayden. He was super patient, kind, efficient and even was telling me to stay warm & drive safe. He also told me to have a great night a couple times with a big smile on his face. In today’s society it’s rare to be met with such kindness in the hospitality industry & he embodied what every establishment should hold their standards to & above that! I’ll be coming back to this location several times just from that experience alone! Give that young man a raise!!!
