  Foods alright, but why say you serve breakfast at 7am, yet your closed 5 out of 7 days, if not all 7 days at 7am-8am. Maybe have your store manager or district manager update your hours instead, clearly thats too hard for them...

  This is the worst Taco Bell on earth. Period. I said last time I came here id never come again. I stopped because my son asked for it. It takes 10 mins PER CAR to get your food. If you see three cars and your the third it'll be a minimum 30 mins

  I usually always go to this place. And I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt But lately it seems that the service has been getting slower and slower!! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ First of all my chips for my cheese was horrible! I got all the end crumbs of chips!! Which is sad because I always love this combo! Second, the service is slow, and third I learned a little of why!! As I sat in the drive through window, my cashier just kept texting or whatever it was on their phone in plain sight! Stared at me a few times and then finally opened my window to say sorry the service is slow!! Like really! I waited 25 minutes for a simple meal box and you can only text or whatever it is on your phone! How about get back there and help when your not taking orders. Then he opens the window and asks 10 minutes later (before the 25 minutes) did you get your water? Ummm yesss you gave it to me already!! How about get off your phone and pay attention! 😡😡 Fast food just isn’t fast anymore!! And the workers just don’t care about good service! I grew up on good work ethics and I just don’t see that anymore! 😡🤬😡😡

  Every single time I come to this location it’s dirty, takes absolutely forever to get food, and the costumer service is awful. Truly it doesn’t matter if you go in, go through the drive-thru, or order ahead. You are still waiting ages for shitty food.

  I wish that I lived closer to any other Taco Bell. Orders are consistently wrong, and wait times are insane. The employees are nice enough, but I rarely get a correct order here. I’m writing this while sitting in the drive through line that I’ve been in for 20 minutes now, with two cars ahead of me. I sat at the speaker for a solid 10 without a “Hello!” or “Just one moment please.” I’ve worked in customer service before, so I understand that it gets backed up occasionally, but I’ve never had a good experience at this place. I feel bad for all of the other customers. This is genuinely the worst Taco Bell downriver.
