My milkshake tasted of spoiled milk had chunks of what looked like milk in it couldn't drink at all. The moolatte did not have the requested flavors my husband wanted and he asked for no whipped cream it and they didn't listen and it alwell tasted spoiled or just plain off since he orders these quite regularly. After sipping my shake twice I immediately felt the need to puke. We returned to the counter to inform the stafd they were very rude and all they said was "well we can remake it but there's nothing else we can do", I refused the remake on the shake since I now felt nauseous my husband took the remake on his moolatte and it still tasted horrible he immediately threw it away and we left. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION MAY NOT RETURN TO DQ AT ALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

No traditional upside down showing for a reason. Me and my family get home and open the bag, might as well ordered milk. Call about a refund to be told I would have to drive back to the store, when they know they gave me a bad product. I won't be going back to this store. Terrible service. I understand its close to closing time...be honest about the product.

When she handed us our blizzard, the outside was COVERED in ice cream and all she did was laugh towards her co-workers and said "My bad". 0/5, we will not be returning. Also, several of the workers were not wearing masks.
