  Just got a cheesy Gordita crunch with cold cheese where it’s supposed to be melted in between the old stale dry tortilla and taco shell, Nasty. The attitude when I asked for sauce and you couldn’t wait one extra min to melt some cheese? In the bag for 15 min didn’t even melt it. Nuggets come in the middle. I live I huron and wow what a waste of gas a time for the closest Taco Bell. The least you could’ve done was hand me a drink that wasn’t over flowing from the top. So disappointing for the only meal I’ve had time for today what a crappy time to come hope hoping for some okay Taco Bell to get complete crap. Dog grade for sure.

  We had to wait 45 minutes for are food and that is outrageous and all we ordered was 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 nacho fries do not come here an less you want to wait that long

  The nacho Fries I didn't get to have because you guys put the nacho fries in the same oil where you put your chicken nugget I can't not have my veggie nacho fries in the same oil it will have contamination with the meat product. I can't have my nacho fries with meat inside you have to put my nacho fries in a separate oil. Next time I have to have my nacho fries at taco bell

  I had a terrible experience at the drive-through at Taco Bell. I ordered two different box combos, but everything was thrown into one bag with no separation. When I asked the employee at the window what items belonged to which combo and why they weren’t separated, he responded very rudely and said, “Have you ever ate at Taco Bell?” instead of simply explaining the order. When I got home and looked in the bag, every burrito looked the same, so it was impossible to tell what belonged to which combo. I ended up going back to return the food. I had already eaten the fries and started one of the drinks, and I even told them they could charge me for those items. They refunded most of it, but not the small upcharge for the drinks. I pointed that out, the same employee again responded rudely, shoved the receipt at me, and said, “Everything was returned. Have a good night.” The attitude and customer service were unacceptable. I wasn’t rude—I was simply trying to understand my order and do the right thing when returning it. Customers shouldn’t be treated like that for asking a simple question. Very disappointing experience.
