  They advertise the $8.99 Meal Deal for a Pepe or Turkey Tom with chips and drink, then they charge you $11.99. I checked the terms and conditions on the website and it does not say anything about internet orders only. The food was good and it was worth $11.99, but why are you baiting the customers with a price that you don't honor?

  I was so excited to learn this was open when I came back from Florida. I got the Vito sub and the Greek cucumber salad. We just ate both not only was it delicious but the Manager is AWESOME it's clean every worker there was on top of everything. I will definitely be going back everything was ABSOLUTELY FRESH & DELICIOUS 😋

  I placed a delivery order yesterday 04/08 @ 8:35pm. After the store completed my order I received a notification that my order was assigned to an Uber driver yet I ordered directly from the store in the jj app. An hour goes by and they close at 10:10 according to PARKER. But it still shows my order is being picked up by a under driver named Kaitlyn in a white Dodge van. At 10:34 I decided to call the store and ask where my food is. A guy named Parker answered the phone and informed me that Jimmy John's does not accept delivery orders and I need to contact the delivery service I used. I told him I ordered through the jj app and was charged. So the guy just hangs up on me. This happens 2 more times then I call once more and now Parker is saying that he does see my order but it was never picked up by Uber, said they closed at 10:10 and my food had been thrown away. I asked him why he did not call and inform me that it would not be delivered I could have came to get the order. He just said "yeah we should have sorry" So parker hangs up on me again knowing that they took my payment, did not advise me the order was not coming, lied to me about the order, gave a disconcerning pathetic apology, and threw my food away when a simple phone call would have been sufficient. I was denied my refund, unable to eat dinner because everything in Brooklyn is closed so yeah this place goes on the same list as the McDonald's in Brooklyn. Incompetent to say the least.

  2nd time now we have ordered and picked up and one of the sandwiches weren't made right it's unfortunate honestly like the sandwiches just need to be made correctly

  Went through the drive thru to order 3 subs and was told my total was almost $60! The prices are extremely inflated & it seems the service is also subpar as well. While going through the drive thru it was very apparent the staff's attitude was that they'd rather not be there at all while taking our order, even though we were the only vehicle there. Additionally three sandwiches should not total almost $60, even with a drink. Sit-down restaurants in the area charge less than that for FULL meals. Fast food should not cost equal or greater than an actual restaurant! Will never be returning to this location & I cannot in good faith recommend this establishment to others in the area or even passing through. I recommend just going to a neighboring restaurant like Poppa's Place where you won't be price gouged, and get quality food.
