  The people working were very rude and unwelcoming. Did not say one word, just stared at us until we ordered. The only good thing about this experience was the smoothies. We will not be coming back.

  Excellent excellent service. Excellent Atmosphere ordered a detox Island Green and they put so much ginger in it that I have to throw it away. I’m sure it was a simple mistake. Just don’t have time to go back up. Order ID 20525990545466

  My Wife & I purchased a set of coupons for Tropical Smoothie Café. WE were out the next day & decided WE would stop in & give the place a try. WE had basically had very minimal experience with Tropical Smoothie Café, and even that experience had been going there to pick up something for someone else. I went in & ordered for US, & was assisted by Myah, Emily, Emma & Skylar? (name possibly misspelled). There were multiple facets to the visit because of OUR unfamiliarity with Tropical Smoothie Café. MY Wife remained in the vehicle because WE were dog sitting, which caused ME to have to go in & out a couple of times to get input on how She wanted Her order done. WE were very pleased with OUR order, and received special attention & advice from the Customer Service personnel! I didn’t actually finish MY smoothie until the following day, & it was still good after being kept in the refrigerator!

  My husband was picking up my online order for him and our daughter, Two cherry berry protein smoothies without almonds. Maya saw my husband grabbing the drinks and asked if there was a nut allergy and she took one of the drinks back and remade it and sanitized a blender for him because our daughter is allergic to peanuts. She did an amazing job asking that, most people wouldn’t have even had a second thought about it. In the end delicious smoothies!

  I recently visited your establishment and arrived approximately 15 minutes prior to the posted closing time. However, despite arriving within business hours, my order was declined and I was informed that the establishment was already closed. This experience was disappointing, as I made the effort to arrive before closing with the expectation of being served. I understand that staff may begin closing procedures before the official closing time, but it would be appreciated if this were communicated more clearly to customers or reflected in the posted hours. I value your business and hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers.
