  To start i want to say I almost never leave bad reviews for resturants, especially fast food. I work in the service industry so I get it, things happen and it can be a lot sometimes- HOWEVER, I got to this location at 11:36pm to pick up my mobile order through the drive thru, I left with my order at 12:24. I got there to 8 cars in front of me so I figured it wouldnt be a fast trip but not 48 minutes. It took me 30 minutes just to get past the speaker. I wanted to leave but I literally could not due to there being no exit, I was trapped. Some people, like 5 cars, behind me decided to back all the way out and leave, like they had time to get out of their car and organize everyone backing out but I could not bc the car behind me didnt. A car 2 caes in front of me got out of their car and started to mess around a joke and then proceeded to do laps around the building (that was funny guys ngl ty for the entertainment) Anyways finally get my food and leave and drive 30 minutes home, started to eat my burrito only to find it did not have any of the modifications I added (nothing crazy either no sour cream, add rice and onion) modifications I paid extra for. Along with that there was zero sauces i added which to me isnt the biggest deal in the world again that just happens and I didnt pay extra for them so whatever. I never expect great service in the drive thru, or at any fast food restaurant, but that was truly the worst experience ive ever had. I dont know what change needs to happen but something needs to change and fast because after viewing these other reviews that long wait is a reoccurring issue and will cause people to not return to this place. And right now I am unfortunately one of them i love taco bell but I will not go back to this location, especially after my experience tonight. Almost 50 minutes of waiting for any food is insane let alone a fast food restaurant.

  Whenever i come here either for personal business or as a dasher, I have to wait an average of 20 minutes. Today, as a dasher, the manager told me they must prioritize the drive through over any inside orders after I had been waiting 20minutes. The manager told me nothing in the lobby is important. This is unacceptable.

  Slowest Taco Bell Ever. Last time im stopping here it’s like a 20-25 minute wait for $15 worth of Taco Bell. Absolutely ridiculous, fire your staff and get people with work ethic. Got to window and everyone was just goofing off. Food was cold and very old.

  It was February 14 12:19 am 2026. A bunch of guys and one lady. The lady comes up to me aggressively and kicks me out of the lobby and says “ you can’t be in here, that’s why the doors were locked” I said oh I came in through the front entrance, she replied “ that’s to let them ppl out ( they group who was in here) I can’t have ppl in here past 12:30, it’s a safety violation” I said oh okay, but can I order food, then take it ? she said go through the drive through, and walked away from me. The problem is, I was in there at 12:18…. Hey lady who was in there working, if you hate your job that much and don’t want to serve ppl then go work somewhere else. You don’t have to be rude. I understand ppl suck and you’re probably tired of rude customers but I was polite and tried to be understanding but was met with rudeness each time you said something to me. UNCALLED FOR. Oh yeah and thanks for not answering when we came through the drive through.
