  Disappointed per usual. But I was craving fries so I had the urge to go. It was the fries I was needing wanting so bad. So I order a meal and I ordered it large. To no surprise they can’t handle a simple order. Even after they repeat it to me before handing it to me. And wouldn’t you know it I didn’t receive what I pd for and tht would be a large fry. Again I dnt know why I even bothered to waste my time and money on garbage. But sometimes you jst say heck with it and try to get what you only crave but once maybe twice a yr. And yet people are surprised McDonald’s is trying to get as digital as possible. Maybe soon there will be a robot putting the order together the rt way

  Got mad when i wanted too change my order ( your job) and 1 out of only 3 items was wrong, only person in drive thru. Pathetic

  This place has continued to disappoint on a consistent basis. Even when you order through the mobile app, they still make you pull forward to park and wait 5-10 mins for your food… and then bring your food outside with the bags fully open with cold food.

  I rarely have had any issues with this McDonald’s until this week, when firstly a few days ago I ordered a Dr Pepper and a Vernor’s and they tasted like cleaning supplies, and tonight when I tried to pick up my order, to which I was told they were closed even though the order had already been placed and it clearly states that they are open 24 hours. Maybe change your posted signage or turn off ordering systems earlier.

  I ASKED FOR A HALF CUT TEA. THATS A HALF SWEET HALF UNSWEET IT TOOK THEM 20 MINUTES TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I WAS SAYING AND THEN THE GUY LEFT THE MIC. I TOLD THEM WHAT IT IS THEY SAID “ok” I GOT A HALF SWEET TEA HALF -COFFE- yes COFFE I cant, super nice though.
