  Everything was so good! I got a chicken Torta, best I've ever had, and chicken tortilla soup. My husband got the chicken enchiladas and the ranchero sauce was absolutely amazing!! Even the chips and salsa brought to the table were hot and fresh. Such a great little place, it'll be more than worth the drive to come back again! Thanks Happy Taco!

  My girlfriend and I have been here a few times in the past six months. Every single visit we've been greeted with the absolute best hospitality and even better food. The wonderful lady serving us must have known it was our date night because she brought us out some flan on the house and it was amazing. My recommendations are as follows: - Horchata is probably the best I've ever had. - Their street corn is my new favorite way to eat corn. - Quesabirria combo is the perfect comfort food for a gloomy day and it WILL make you feel better. Overall, the food here is very good for the price and always comes out fast. Thank you guys so much for the food and hospitality!! Definitely my go-to place! 💝💝 - Joe and Saige

  When this place first opened, it showed a lot of promise, but it’s been extremely inconsistent. The portions are surprisingly small for the price, and the food quality is very hit or miss. One visit it might be good, and the next it’s completely underwhelming. It’s disappointing because it feels like the quality and portion sizes have declined over time. I would have easily given this place four stars if they had maintained the standards they started with.

  Previous reviews were either 5 or 2. Not sure what happened with those who left a 2. This is authentic Mexican food with American style options I can only guess that the 2’s ate American style at a real Mexican food provider. We ordered a variety of tacos and carne asada burrito. Everything was spot on delicious. It’s a small restaurant in a strip mall. The atmosphere reminded me of places in El Paso. I can’t really eat atmosphere so it’s not a big deal to me. BEST taco/burrito place in Brighton. If you have never been, you gotta go.
