  Probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the area. Cinnamon twists over cooked, barely any meat on the tacos, burritos are mostly tortilla, and quesadilla had cheese only on the middle two parts. Will head to downtown Brighton or Hartland next time.

  The day crew is friendly and respectful, and the food is usually fresh. However, the night crew is consistently rude and has now messed up my order twice. The difference in service between shifts is unacceptable, and it makes me hesitant to return at night.

  I'm from Saginaw and I work at another Taco Bell I've never come to any Taco Bell at 8:00 and the doors were locked my first time here in this city and I wanted to eat at a familiar place what a disappointment oh I wasn't the only customer complaining about it too online it says you guys close at 12:00

  The slowest service I have ever experienced. Ordered the food thru the kiosk. Employees kept looking at me. 20 minutes later, employee comes up “you waiting on something?” Yes” my food. She is like “ops I thought someone made the food already” give us 15 minutes. Food will be ready. All I ordered was a crunch wrap supreme and avocado crispy chicken wrap.

  Despite being open until 2AM, they closed an hour early. I understand you may have been short-staffed or whatever the case, but AT LEAST have the decency to pick up the headset and COMMUNICATE that you're closed. I'm sitting in the drive-thru looking crazy, waiting to be acknowledged... and they're in there cleaning and avoiding the window. I had hoped the new location would have been better... nope.
