Can't ask any menu questions, it gets things wrong, and then it tells you to go to the window to pay but you actually pay at the second window so you wind up sitting at the first one - which does have an unmanned register visible - until staff comes and directs you. Crazy how real people are more accurate and give better instructions than AI. GET RID OF THE AI ORDERING.

Literally yelled my total at me and snatched my card out of my hand. Then when they give me my bag, " here's yours 6 piece order." Then closed the windows, before I could say a thing. When I parked and checked my order, the discovey lux box wasnt in a box and everything looked chucked in the bag. Barely even wrapped and some thing even falling out of its wrapping. Then the quesadilla was not cut and barley even filled. Only the right side has chicken, cheese and sour cream. The other side only a little cheese. You guys need to really do better. Very disappointed.

What was worse there was no one in store or the drive thru just employees messing around and a manager who doesn’t care. It very sad that I had to leave my first ever review because of how poor this place is, just a disgrace
