    It was February 14 12:19 am 2026. A bunch of guys and one lady. The lady comes up to me aggressively and kicks me out of the lobby and says “ you can’t be in here, that’s why the doors were locked” I said oh I came in through the front entrance, she replied “ that’s to let them ppl out ( they group who was in here) I can’t have ppl in here past 12:30, it’s a safety violation” I said oh okay, but can I order food, then take it ? she said go through the drive through, and walked away from me. The problem is, I was in there at 12:18…. Hey lady who was in there working, if you hate your job that much and don’t want to serve ppl then go work somewhere else. You don’t have to be rude. I understand ppl suck and you’re probably tired of rude customers but I was polite and tried to be understanding but was met with rudeness each time you said something to me. UNCALLED FOR. Oh yeah and thanks for not answering when we came through the drive through.

    I had an issue a couple days ago where my Nacho Bell Grande was missing cheese. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Cristi, who told me I could come back for either a refund or a replacement. When I came in a few days later, she actually remembered me right away, which honestly surprised me in the best way. Cristi offered me a new Nacho Bell Grande or a refund, and I chose the refund. I ended up placing a new order inside, and she personally brought me my drink and even gave me a free taco coupon. She was incredibly friendly and genuinely apologetic about the mistake. It’s really hard to come across fast food workers who care this much anymore, and Cristi clearly does. She runs the establishment beautifully, and her customer service turned a small mistake into a really positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of how well she handled everything.

    Rude staff. I witnessed a DD driver pickup food, go to his car, then bring it back with the bag opened and left, then another DD driver took it…. I wonder what he did? It was very odd. Another individual in the lobby was vaping marijuana despite the signs prohibiting it. Workers said nothing. Whole restaurant smelled like weed but seems staff doesn’t care. Felt like I was in the twilight zone or a bad dream. Such bizarre behavior. I don’t know how this franchise location is still in business. My “fast food” order took 35 minutes

    On 1/25/26 at 930pm there were only two workers present. I waited 25 minutes for 3 items, one just a drink. Which I had to ask for because they didn’t give me a cup. Group of 6 teenagers clearly intoxicated in the lobby causing a disturbance and knocking over chairs, yelling at each other. This will be the last time I go to this location. Staff did nothing-said nothing. Howell Taco Bell runs a tight ship- make the few mile drive and spare yourself the drama and wait. This location goes downhill every visit

    AI ordering system is the last straw for this place. Can't ask any menu questions, it gets things wrong, and then it tells you to go to the window to pay but you actually pay at the second window so you wind up sitting at the first one - which does have an unmanned register visible - until staff comes and directs you. Crazy how real people are more accurate and give better instructions than AI. GET RID OF THE AI ORDERING.
