  Michelle at Panera made my day when she went to the kitchen to find a fresh out of the oven cinnamon roll. Above and beyond imo!

  Let me just say that I generally love Panara Bread. Their food is wholesome, savory and considered comfort food, which I enjoy and so does my family. I have been to this particular one on several occasions but it does all depend on the workers they have that day and on 01/17/2026 , the staff that day were lazy and rude and inconsistent with what and how much goes into the sandwiches and soup. My French onion soup had no cheese in it. My sandwich lacked what goes on a sandwich, to make it a sandwich. Basically it was just bread with a few peppers and three pieces of steak, not even large pieces. They didn't give up our cups and then tried to tell us we don't get any. When we finally receive our drink cups, that we paid for, the green tea drink we ordered was empty. It was rotating an epty dispenser. We ended up getting their lemonade and agava drink and it was horrible. It tasted like bitter lime juice and no hint of any agava. The dispenser kept sticking and there was sticky liquid all over the counter and floor that no one attempted to clean or fix. Multiple people obviously had had the same issue with the dispenser because the floor showed it before even using it. Then before my daughter attempted to check her sandwich, she notices the lack of avocado on her bacon, turkey avacado sandwich on rye, is lacking avacado . One tiny slice of avacado was on her entire sandwich. The tables were dirty and there were no papertowel or anything to wipe your hands off in the bathroom . Definitely not what Im used to. Your Saturday staff lacked in performance and cleanliness, but they sure do talk alot amongst themselves. Apparently they cant talk and perform their job at the same time.

  Do you guys have a cleaning crew? The lobby had fruit flies. Is there any uvc lights? I know running a restaurants alot, Especially when the job tasks are so many. I like the place.
