  Super nice at the drive through and the window! I only get one thing from Jimmy John’s and it’s always perfect wherever I go. The Caesar wrap!

  Literally requested no ice in my drink, even called and told them I don't want ice in my drink. The hell you think they do...send it with ice. Then the delivery person has the audacity to say "you can use the lid to pour it out and take the ice out" its not about the ice you imbecil its about the drink being 80% ice and 20% coke. I paid $3.00 which was stupid already for almost all ice. Way to go Jimmy Johns..way to go.

  whoever answered the phone was rude and not friendly at all, hoping my daughter actually gets her lunch delivered now.

  Substandard sandwich (soggy #15) and grumpy / rushed service........of course they say hello when they hear the door open.
