- MZMac Zero4 days ago1.0Had online order set to 2:45pm checked in online to say im on the way at 2:30pm.. food wasn’t ready until 3:05pm and they weren’t even busy. Burger was so bland literally no salt or pepper the burger just tasted like the veggies I added to it. Very disappointed especially for paying $28 for 2 burgers.

It took them less than an day to post a response publicly telling me to pursue my complaint via their website. At their suggestion I decided to waist more of my own time giving my feedback again. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received any responce. Five Guys publicly acts like they care about customer satisfaction, but privately does nothing. Way to go Big Corpo Five Guys, your PR does a great job appearing publicly as customer satisfaction. Support some of the local restaurants and save yourself some money and get the same or better quality. Original review from 2/26/26: The last several visits the portion of fries is not nearly been worth the ridiculous price. I never felt the value of the fries were great but the high price was equal to the portion size and quality. Now I just feel like I'm getting ripped off.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
