- MTMorgan T.Feb 5, 20265.0I visited Dunkin yesterday and it was a great experience. I believed that I had made a mobile order, which did not happen. As I arrived, the man who was at the window informed me that they had not yet got any mobile order, so I simply made it there instead. I had ordered some sandwiches and some beverages and frankly speaking it took me not more than 3 minutes which was much faster than I had imagined. The humor of the matter is that he was continually apologizing about the delay, and I even said to him never again. Nothing at all to apologize about. I am not averse to waiting as long as 10 minutes so long as I receive what I ordered and it is done to perfection. All was just right and customer service was excellent. You guys are doing a great job and this is the reason why I am a regular customer. Keep it up.

Order a dozen brownie batter donuts which cost more than regular donuts. Waited 20 minutes for them to make some as he told me they sold out even though I seen a dozen sitting there. Got my donuts and the box was covered in frosting out of the twelve 10 of them had almost to no filling. Was very disappointed having to wait just to receive my donuts with no filling. Never had anything but issues at this location.

He noticed we had pets with us and casually asked if we wanted cups for them too, which honestly caught us by surprise in a good way. We even asked his name but forgot it right after (our bad 😅). Still wanted to leave a review because that little gesture meant a lot. Definitely left with a good impression.
