He noticed we had pets with us and casually asked if we wanted cups for them too, which honestly caught us by surprise in a good way. We even asked his name but forgot it right after (our bad 😅). Still wanted to leave a review because that little gesture meant a lot. Definitely left with a good impression.

The second time I went through drive-through the guy had no idea what he was doing. He ran my card through twice and said it didn’t work so then I paid cash and realized it did go through on my card twice. Made me wait while he filled a door dash order and kept peeking around the corner to see if I left. He was the only one working he had no clue what to do, then proceeded to act like he didn’t know what I had just explained to him. Most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. Will never go back here and will tell everybody!!!
