We did complain on Door Dash and received a small refund of our $66 order. Will never order from this store again.

I leave and come back 20 minutes later, and now my order has been stolen. Then have to wait another 15 minutes for order to be re-made. This honor system of grabbing your bag on the shelf is a terrible idea, the lowlife thief gets a free mystery dinner, and the paying customer gets to wait again for food to be re-made. I thought placing a mobile order online was supposed to make things easy for the customer? UPDATE: Just when I thought my Chipotle experience couldn't get any worse, me and my wife both got food poisoning immediately after the meal. Up all night in the bathroom, and body aches and chills. Never again. Stay away from this place.
