- NCNoones Concern6 days ago1.0Worst chipotle on earth, ive attempted to eat here atleast 10 times. Everytime they are completely disorganized and have zero communication with one another they never have what everyone wants and instead of prepping whats popular and running low they prep in a seemingly random fashion. Zero steak and person on grill is cooking two tins of chicken while chicken is filled to the brim. Also the line is always wrapped around the store because of how slow and disorganized they are. Doesnt seem like anyone is in charge or leading the team they are just randomly doing whatever.

Every time you walk through the doors and get blasted with the loud music it’s an instant thought of “why did I decide here again?” Then you go to order, barely being able to hear a word that is being spoken to you when trying to get your food. The cherry on top that unfortunately happens more times than not is they have nothing that you will want. Steak, guacamole, queso, vegetables will all not be available (most of the time). If you are looking to take a gamble with a burrito or bowl just to be let down and dissatisfied then by all means this is the place for you! Otherwise save your disappointment and go to the other fine establishments in the same plaza.

The store was absolutely filthy. I’ve never been in a dirtier restaurant. ALL the tables were gross and there was nowhere to sit. I’m not coming back.
