- JHJ HeinemanJun 5, 20221.0This is a combined Baskin Robbins/Dunkin. The place is awful and it has been awful for YEARS. I’ve got to the point that if I want Baskin Robbins I will drive to Wixom from Brighton to get it. The place is dirty. Junk sitting everywhere. Counters are dirty. Floor is dirty. All the equipment is dirty. The racks holding donuts were caked in sticky junk. The kids working are sullen. They will leave you standing at the counter for a full five minutes before even acknowledging your presence. Just avoid it.

She had to keep saying hold on and go figure out the answer to my questions. I Finally gave her all the info to find I have to give her my credit card info over the phone. Ummmm, no. With everyones info being stolen, I can't believe you would make me pay for a cake when I'll be there tomorrow. I wasn't asking for anything crazy. Just ridiculous.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
