  Because I misplaced my receipt and couldn't do the survey I wanted to leave this google review. I would also like to thank the manager for letting me know about the rewards that was very thoughtful of you. I just wanted to say thank you to the young man that served me he was very professional, courteous, and patient which I do not see much of these days. I even told him that I don't have a son but if I did he would be the kind of son I would want. I'm so sorry I forgot his name and he had to tell it to me twice. I did tell the manager about how nice he was. I did want to come back today but I had an emergency. I will see you next weekend. Thanks once again dear. Love. ❤️

  I travel a lot and earn money in the evenings by doing DoorDash deliveries. Today, I came to this place during a delivery and noticed something special. If the food is delayed, a staff member offers water to the drivers and kindly asks them to wait comfortably. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I come in, instead of focusing on the wait, I notice how positive the environment is. It really shows how good the owner must be too. As a DoorDash driver, it’s rare to see a Dunkin’ where people treat others this kindly. If I could give more than five stars, I would give ten. I truly appreciate the kindness I experienced here today.

  I visited Dunkin yesterday and it was a great experience. I believed that I had made a mobile order, which did not happen. As I arrived, the man who was at the window informed me that they had not yet got any mobile order, so I simply made it there instead. I had ordered some sandwiches and some beverages and frankly speaking it took me not more than 3 minutes which was much faster than I had imagined. The humor of the matter is that he was continually apologizing about the delay, and I even said to him never again. Nothing at all to apologize about. I am not averse to waiting as long as 10 minutes so long as I receive what I ordered and it is done to perfection. All was just right and customer service was excellent. You guys are doing a great job and this is the reason why I am a regular customer. Keep it up.

  If you like your coffee made wrong, cold food, or donuts with zero filling this is your place to go. Order a dozen brownie batter donuts which cost more than regular donuts. Waited 20 minutes for them to make some as he told me they sold out even though I seen a dozen sitting there. Got my donuts and the box was covered in frosting out of the twelve 10 of them had almost to no filling. Was very disappointed having to wait just to receive my donuts with no filling. Never had anything but issues at this location.

  Came here for the first time today and got a Shakin’ Espresso. Drink was good, but what really stood out was a small moment with one of the staff members. He noticed we had pets with us and casually asked if we wanted cups for them too, which honestly caught us by surprise in a good way. We even asked his name but forgot it right after (our bad 😅). Still wanted to leave a review because that little gesture meant a lot. Definitely left with a good impression.
