  sweetest worker ever just took care of us. not sure his name but had a sick mustache and sweet beard, was an absolute sweetheart! he ran around checking if he had everything in the back we wanted with no complaints. i regret leaving my cash at home, that guy deserved it all. always love their food but this experience made me and my boyfriends night. shoutout to the sweet teddy bear employee!

  Normally door dash but was in the area and stopped in . It’s 4pm on a Wednesday , this place was filthy . Not one clean table , trash cans filled to brim , someone started wiping tables and stopped after two. The line where assembly is was out of control . Not sure if I’d order food from this particular one again based on how it was presented for a slow Wednesday evening .

  I have avoided eating at this place for years. Should have stuck to my original instincts. Just received a partial wrong order and the part that was correct had to be the absolute worst tacos I’ve ever had in my life. And I’m not young. I’ve had a lot of tacos. So congrats on winning worst ever. When I called to inquire about my partial wrong order I was told to call the 800 number which I never found. Heck with it. Strikes one two and three on my first experience.

  The inside was filthy. Trash and food on the ground and on every surface, including the line where they make your food. It looked as though a burrito bomb had exploded. Handful of employees looked as though they had cement in their shoes and they were just told their dog had died. One bowl ordered online took over an hour. Many ppl were inside also waiting for their orders. The bowl had a big weird leaf inside (bay leaf maybe) and the chips weren’t fully cooked….Not one thing was acceptable considering what you pay to eat here. Will try Qdoba next time.

  I swung by this location yesterday. Typically, I'd say its your average busy joint-- the work staff are very nice and kind. But I was super off put this time around. It's very busy, 5-6PM. These employees are trying their best to manage the rush, get everything prepared, make our meals, etc. But one of the workers, an older woman, said to her fellow coworker "I thought you knew how to scoop?!" Mind you, this is infront of a long line of customers, and people sitting down to eat. Why would you say that to a fellow employee? Is this permissible behavior that this location ebdorses? Yes it is a rush, but it is never okay to break down others in a time they need the most support-- let alone humiliate them infront of customers. As a customer, I felt awkward and disgusted with that display of poor behavior. I have lived around here for a several years, and this is my husband's favorite joint for a quick meal. This location struggles to retain employees, and now I can see exactly why. It was very off putting to hear someone scold their coworker and doubt their intelligence infront of customers. LET ALONE behind closed doors.
