  It’s been 15 min and still waiting. I don’t have much expectation but c’mon, it’s fast food joint. Not fast at all.

  Worst service i have ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get someone to even come over to the counter to let them know half the meal (Sandwhich) was missing and drink was flat. My kids were already finished with their stuff before they got it to me and didn't offer to change drink even knowing they were out of carbonation . The lady was rude not only to me but to multiple other people and even completely ignored some. Ive had rough experiences here but this was by far the worst

  They never get my order correct. Theres always something missing/incorrect. Theres mustard on a "plain" burger, or like today the cheese missing on 2 out of 3 burgers. *Always check your food!!

  The person with the white hair and tattoos was genuinely one of the nicest workers I've ever met, the service was immaculate and the food was good too. Im leaving this review mainly because of the worker though, they were wonderful

  Restaurant is understaffed which makes for a longer wait for food order. Counter ordering line can get backed up to customers entering through restaurant doors.
