Our family really needs to be done with McDonald’s.
They’ve been letting us down over and over. Most recently the chicken nuggets were undercooked and the fries had a strange, bitter aftertaste.

Placed a breakfast order at 10:14. 10:14 when the order said “preparing your order” They waited till after 11 to tell my dasher they didn’t get the order til after 11.

Oh this place is scraping the bottom of the barrel, staff will stand there and look at you at the counter, but won’t help till someone tells them to. Food was cold to, not like sitting cold, more like not cooked enough cold.

One person had to wait more than 10 minutes to get a hot chocolate during this time four customers had to listen to the store manager yelling at an employee about what a lousy job. He was doing loud enough everybody in the restaurant could hear it. I do not believe that that is the type of atmosphere you wish to convey at your establishment
