Businesses such as this need to train and monitor their employees better. The incident was so disturbing that I swore I would never go there ever again, and I intend to keep that pledge. Much like Applebees, I don't think Arby's food is as good as they think it is. And it is especially not good enough to put up with employees who are allowed to be rude and disrespectful.

Definitely a recommendation
