    I placed my order that should have been ready for pickup at 9:30pm at the wrong location. As soon as I realized the mistake at 9:10pm I began calling the store so that they would not make my order considering I wouldn’t be able to pick it up. No one answered until the fifth call. I explained my situation and requested a refund and the girl that answered said she would get her manager but then hung up the phone. I called several more times and no answer. I called the next morning and still no answer. I go out of my way to drive 30+ minutes and when I arrive the employee on duty explains that she was the one on shift last night and purposely ignored my calls, that she was not allowed to answer them. She refused to give me my money back because she had already made my food. Even though I called 5 times before the food was made. I asked if she would just make my order so I could leave and she says that she needed permission for that too. She calls her boss repeatedly and eventually realized he isn’t going to answer and remakes my order. Scheduling employees with zero managerial experience all alone is extremely unacceptable. There was no accountability or consideration.
