  How is panera BREAD.... ALWAYS out of BREAD????! I don't want chips? The service is horrible. Extremely slow. Don't waste your time at this location.

  I ordered the you pick two meal and an extra side of bread. When I went to pick it up through the drive through, the line was taking so long and we didn’t even move for like 10 minutes. I parked and went in to get my food since it said it was ready and rapid pickup was not so rapid. When I got my food and looked inside the bag there was two bags of plain chips in place of delicious bread. Who wants chips with their soup and salad on top of having paid an extra dollar for an extra side of bread. When I pointed this out and asked for bread instead, the worker went into the back and was there for several minutes only to return with no bread. They said they were out. Tell me, how does Panera run out of bread? I was deeply disappointed and it make my food far less enjoyable.

  The employees here could care less about customer service! Both the things I ordered came up incorrect as compared to my receipt, and the folks behind the counter acted like I was an idiot for politely asking to get the items I paid for. It almost feels like the workers here want absolutely nothing to do with actually doing their flipping job. There's not way I'm ever going to visit this restaurant EVER AGAIN, and I'm going to make sure to tell everyone I know that lives nearby to never visit this place!!

  Went here today in the drive thru, apparently that was a mistake. I made another mistake of not checking the bag before I left. I ordered a sandwich, cup of soup and a pastry. I got all the way home, sat down to ear lunch, no sandwich. I called and the manager basically said they couldn't do anything because I went thru the drive thru. But I can bring back my receipt next time I am in the area and I have to go in and then they can refund me, not super convenient. So now I need to go out again to buy lunch from somewhere else and already paid over $16 for a cup of soup and a pastry. Besides getting my money back when in the area, which isn’t often, I wouldn’t go back there again. I understand accidents happen but the fact that it is basically a “sorry for your luck, but can’t do anything about it” makes me not want to spend money there.

  For the past few weeks I’ve been coming to Panera for breakfast before work. Every-time I come this young black female at the drive thru ( She usually has her hair in a ponytail or bun I believe ) is always extremely rude! When you ask her for something she rolls her eyes and give you a nasty look and is just extremely rude. I first thought maybe she was just having a bad day but I realize every-time I come she acts like this. Today is literally the last day I will be stopping at Panera, I spend way too much money to have to deal with such poor service.
