    This is the most FILTHY good establishment I have literally ever seen in my life. No joke every single table has trash on it and trash all over the floor under the tables and all on the floor in front of the garbage.

    Did a doordash order for this panera for rapid pick up. Get a text saying it was ready. Get there and apparently couldnt find my order. Must have talked a manager he said my order was completed even though wasnt me who picked it up. Staff wasnt any help and manager was extremely rude. Wont be coming back here again!

    I have visited this location a few times and was actually excited that a Panera was opening near my workplace. The food is just "okay," and the staff is not very friendly. I have other places to visit for lunch.

    ALWAYS OUT OF PASTRIES BUT DOESNT PUT THEY ARE SOLD OUT ON THE APP AND MAKE YOU HAVE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE 15TH TIME. I’m so irritated with these people. Manager needs to be shown how to manage the app.

    I came and ordered my husband a broccoli and cheddar soup in drive thru , I turned around and came back to order me a soup but I went inside this time there was a caucasian guy that told me there wasn’t any soup available even tho I just left from ordering my husband some soup but he was very rude to me this was my FIRST and LAST time coming to this location! Yall need to learn how to talk to people ! Thank you to the new GM in the store that listened to my concerns !
