- DBDJ BaileyFeb 14, 20265.0I really had a great experience here i have been to multiple locations around the world but something about the experience I had with shelbee she is amazing customer service is excellent went above and beyond to make sure my order was handled properly even made my kids day 🙌 I recommend if your are having a bad day and need a great bagel with your coffee visit this location 10 out of 10 clean staff was amazing I am truly impressed and I wanna thank Ms shelbee for such a wonderful experience! I will be back !

They barely have any cinnamon sugar on them, they’re yellow and have no hole and frankly I’m really disappointed. I put an image below but I’m just really irritated because I love this place but not today.

Bacon was basically raw and full of fat, bagel wasn’t “skinnied” I had to do it myself… all together it was inedible and expensive. The staff are moving so fast that the quality is unacceptable. And it wasn’t even busy. Slow down, and deliver what is ordered.
