I walked up to the counter towards the right where there was a cashier who did greet me and started to take my order. I assume she was under training because a male coworker walked over to assist her with entering in my bagel order only to RUDELY tell me “next time, you have to order with the computer towards the left to order food. This register is for coffee and drinks only.” When I looked down, there was no one standing there to take orders. I understand if they’re trying to keep food and drink orders separate but there is no sign the indicates that and he was EXTREMELY rude about it. I’ll never be back!

We were treated with so much respect and warmth — honestly, it felt like being around family rather than just stopping in at a restaurant. The caramel macchiato was the best I’ve ever had, and the salmon bagel was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. You can really tell when people care about what they’re doing, and that showed in both the food and the service. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable. Experiences like this are what make people want to come back, and I definitely will. I’ve never asked for every team members names, but I had such a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back here more often. That’s for sure. But shout out to Roshawn, Skylar, April they are the best. Thank you girls
