  Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Chipotle today around 12:45 PM. During peak lunch hour, they were out of nearly everything. No chicken, no steak, no other proteins except dried-out carnitas and barbacoa. No white rice, barely any brown rice left. Then I get to toppings and they’re out of pico and cheese as well. There were multiple employees standing around, yet nothing was being restocked, as they stated they could not leave the counter during the lunch rush. The operation looked completely disorganized. The worst part was the behavior from staff. When someone went to check on missing items, a woman from the back came out and started loudly yelling and pointing at me about how she’s the only one helping and that I need to be patient. I hadn’t said a single word to her. She did this in front of other customers who had still been waiting for their food, as well as employees. One employee stated "they can all hear you", and she walked back into the room she came from. Being treated like that, especially when the restaurant is clearly unprepared and poorly managed, is unacceptable. I was so uncomfortable and honestly embarrassed. I asked them to throw the food away and left because I didn't know what else to do. This location seriously needs better management, staffing, and basic accountability. I won’t be back, and from the poor reviews from others, they likely wont be either.

  I was the only person in the place. Tried to order they said I had to do it online. Entire staff was on their phones looking miserable. Why in this case can I not order at the front?

  This review is probably 2-3 years overdue. This location is so, so bad but its right next to my apartment. I keep thinking it cant be as bad as last time. Service is terrible - extremely slow, theres usually 6 or 7 people behind the counter but only 1 person actually doing work while the other six stare. Depending upon who is working, you might get a grain of rice in your burrito, or an avalanche. The place looks filthy and if one of the stoves exploded it might actually improve the cleanliness of the place.

  This is a great Chipotle location. We ate in for four. 3 bowls and a burrito. The kitchen was super clean, the servers all washed their hands before preparing food, noted one did between cashier and food service and chips were fresh and crunchy. Another moment that stood out was a new employee who asked for help learning how to fold a burrito and his colleague was super helpful and patient. Portions were all generous.

  I am a very infrequent Chipotle customer. The Chipotle, Bloomfield Hills location reminded me why. One of the worst Chipotle experiences I've ever had was at this location. And that's saying something, because I've had many awful Chipotle experiences. When I walked in there were two people in line. Approximately six people preparing food and goofing off. And one worker making the food at the counter. I waited for a few minutes and the first person walked out without food. The second person in front of me ordered tacos. It took the worker about 15 minutes to make the 3 tacos as he was taking his sweet time. I knew I was in trouble at this point. Finally the worker finished cashing out the second person and reluctantly walked in my direction and asked me what I wanted. I told him, "a beef quesadilla with rice..." Immediately he interrupts me, "we don't have rice." "What do you mean, you don't have rice?" "We don't have any." So I went ahead and told him a few other toppings and he proceeds to take out a taco shell and make the quesadilla on that. Confused, I said, "shouldn't you be making the quesadilla on the larger shell. What is that a kiddie size?" He said, "this is how it comes. If you want the larger size, you have to order online." Okayyyyyyy. Well, I figured I better ask him how much he's going to charge me for this tiny quesadilla and he says he doesn't know. Frustrated, I decided to walk out along with others behind me in line. This experience finally broke me. You won't ever see me inside a Chipotle restaurant again.
