- DBDebbie BSep 30, 20251.0Lady behind counter right away when I walked in it's going to be a 15 minute - some lady ordered bunch of sandwiches and the this was at 715pm in the evening on Tuesday night Coupon online you buy one get one for a dollar- well I didnt have the ad I just wanted to order my 2 subs and be on my way- 3 more customers came in no acknowledgement from anyone behind the counter- so I go to place my order - I order 2 BMTs minus pepperoni add ham or salami instead and she tells me we don't substitute - I asked when did this start as I come there pretty much everywhere and not once have I had a problem or charged for it she said that we don't substitute - so when did subway change from making your sub the way you want it - they need to start hiring people that care .because this lady had a very poor attitude..
