- HHHeaven3 days ago5.0We tried the Pretzel Burger, a double smash with fries, jalapeño poppers, the Flamingo drink, and a Blue Razz slushy with boba pearls, everything was absolutely great. I asked for extra mayo and they definitely delivered; they don’t skimp at all. We went around 6 PM and our food came out quickly. The attendant was polite when we walked out. Overall, a really good experience and we’ll definitely be back when were in town.

My fries were over half way dumped into the bag from their container, and on top of the greasy burger, 0 napkins. I’m not sure if it’s “normal” for it to be this greasy, but the least they could do is throw napkins in the bag!

This isn’t the only time this has happened at this location. I know as a franchisee myself, I would be pretty upset if my employees were moving that slowly. To many bad experiences at this location. I will gladly give McDonalds my business from now on when I past through birch run
