- JBJasmine Ball1 day ago1.0Terrible customer service, I placed a mobile order and they couldn't find it in the system so they proceeded to argue with me in a very rude manor and refused to help resolve or correct the issue and then I was told they couldn't do anything after I had paid for food I didn't receive. No customer service or respect for their consumers at all, even the manager on shift, Billy, was no help and just wanted to argue with me the entire time for food that was already paid for. You should prioritize your customers when they are what keeps you in business. I will not be going back to this location, very unprofessional, uncalled for, and rude.
