  Mgr is terrible employees dont know what they are doing waited 30 minutes for order employees kept saying order was being cooked it was in the go warmer the whole time very unproffesional.

  I’ve been at this location before, but this time was the absolute worse experience. The greeter was cleaning tables, while we and others in front of us waited. No “busboys”… Once my wife and I got a table, we sat there for 10 minutes before a waitress came. Another 45 minutes to get our food. I had to ask for a water refill. We watched a group of 12 come in, stand at the greeter desk, no greeter present. That group ended up walking out. Hundreds of dollars were lost right there. We asked for our check when our food was delivered because we were now running late for our next stop we needed to make. She then took our card and bill and walked to a table of 6 and took their order while holding my card in her hand, while we sat there waiting, again…this time just pay so we could leave. We will probably never visit this location again. A few suggestions for management. Have a greater be a greeter. Acknowledge people when they come in. Hire busboys to clean tables. Have waitresses be more attentive.

  Recently moved to birch run and it was the first time at this location. The few times I have been to the restaurant we usually wait to be seated. So we walked in as usual expecting to be seated by a hostess. Waited maybe 40 seconds. 10 of those seconds was an awkward eye contact with a waitress who was leaning over the divider wall staring at us like we were stupid. She then pointed at a sign that was placed in the far left corner of the walk in area that said "please seat yourself." she then said "the sign says seat yourself." Whoopsies we didn't see the sign....That weird encounter irritated us a little so then we sat ourselves. We sat at a booth, and then same lady pointed at us and seemed irritated with us for some reason talking amongst other employees. She then said "that table is dirty can you guys move to another table?" Table didn't look dirty but there was small piece of a straw wrapper. So then we moved, and the booth was cleaned before we even sat at the new table. Unsure if it was a bad shift for the lady but it kinda irritated us before a single person even said hello. and it ruined the experience. Luckily she was not our waitress and lady we had was pleasant. I usually tip more than the bill itself but the initial encounter kinda ruined that, so I just used the cash tip to pay for the bill, and what was left other was the tip.

  We love this BWWs! Them Boneless Wings! The food comes out hot and the service is prompt. Fantastic staff! They’re always willing to accommodate our large groups, too! Great atmosphere! You’ll never miss a game as they have a ton of TVs. But what really makes this BWWs special is their incredible involvement in the community. They show up and give back in many ways! Their investment in our Clio community is outstanding! Thank you BWWs for all that you do! Monique and Kristen, you are amazing! We’ll definitely be back again soon!

  I would leave a Zero if I could. Email states time ready is 1720. Still sitting waiting at 1753. The take out girl has told me 5-10 minutes over 20 minutes ago! This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Thought we would try again. Never again!!!!!!
