Me and my family drove to 2 diffrent Arby's and they in fact do NOT have the meats 🥲

If I could give them negative stars I would. Asked for large coke and large shake.
Got medium dr pepper and a large sprite at the window.
Talking to people, they act like they have no idea whats going.
Pulled me up and waited 10-15 minutes. Guy came out and handed me the bag and explained they were out of another item I asked for.
Got home and they gave me medium curly fries when I asked for a large fry.
Plus dont have my 3 piece tender....
They got maybe 2 items correct out of my 6 or 7 item order.

I ordered online and picked up in the drive thru. I asked for no ice because this option is not online. I was told sure, and to pull past the drive thru and someone would bring out my food. After 5 minutes a woman brought out my food with the wrong size drink. When I said I order a large she said "no, it says small." I showed her my phone where it clearly says large, and she got nasty with me like her mistake was my fault. A few minutes later she came back out with a large coke full of ice. I went in the restaurant myself and asked her for a large coke with no ice, and she told me to "get it myself". I frequent this Arby's at night, as I am a delivery driver, and I've never seen this woman. She should not be working a job that involves customer service. No name tag so I don't know her name, but I'll find out from the night shift.

I went threw the drive threw around 8pm on new years day. N got 70$ in food for my family. R sandwiches were spoiled. When I called n wanted my money back. They said they would refund it to my card an never did. I'll never get food from this Arby's again. I took a picture of my food. To show everyone what they tried to get me to feed my family. We would have gotten food poisoning.
