  This Jimmy Johns is located east of Telegraph near 13 mile Road. Got a number 9 Sandwich and medium drink. The line was longer than usual but the food was good. The layout was typical of any Jimmy John's chain restaurant.

  It all depends on who is making the sandwiches, if it the guy who looks like he hate his life with the short lady, Im usually out within like 2 seconds after I place my order, anyone else Im usually there for like 10 minutes waiting on my 1 sandwich.

  I ordered two subs on this particular day and when daughter started eating sub it had a label from the cheese and plastic wrap built into the sandwich which she bit into and almost swallowed! When I called store to notify the Manager he made fun of it saying "well we try to only put food on our subs". No replacement was offered or even apology. I then reached out to corporate to notify them and never received a call or email. They claimed they had tried to reach me which is false, I received no communication from them, ever. Won't be going back !

  Rudest service in town. I totally inconvenienced the guy at the counter simply by ordering a sandwich and paying for it.
