  I’ve been eating here for the last several years my favorite place to eat is at Wendy’s. But the last several times I’ve been here. I’m getting horrible food. Everything made wrong and very old and getting half fries. Every time I come through the drive thru they make my food wrong. And I was in there the other night they were rushing us out when we came in at 9:15 and there lobby doesn’t close until 10pm. I could hear them in the back talking about us trying to eat there. They are turning off all there lights 30 minutes before they close. This has always been my favorite place and it breaks my heart to say that I don’t enjoy eating here anymore.

  While the staff is typically excellent, they are perpetually understaffed. Otherwise, how could the premises be so disgusting ... Wait I remember, because this is the SAME EXACT interior as when I moved to this town... 40 years ago. Corporate has been here harassing the staff about cheese temperatures, yet stated to the manager that the leaking glass dining area is "away from the food" so dismissed the managers concern. Well, my question is what about the mold encrusted leak in the ceiling? Decent food but sick at all the vile food filth and mortified at the continuing deterioration of the premises. It is all the corporation's fault, yet if the health inspector came in I'm sure the violations would be blamed on the overextended and hardworking staff.

  Went through the drive through on march 16 around 12:30pm and the older women working the drive through was the extremely rude and disrespectful. She kept interrupting me every time I tried to say what I wanted to order. I order a 10 spicy nugget meal and procecced to only get an 8 piece also I order a diet soda received a normal one and had to go in and ask about it to be told THEN that they were out of diet. This place is poorly managed and has the wrong people working in certain places. I wouldn't personally put someone that constantly interrupts customers on the drive through speaker. Genuinely disappointed and feeling extremely disrespected about how I was treated as a paying customer. The older women on the drive through speaker shouldn't be anywhere near customers.

  I have never experienced slower people working in the fast food industry. Every single time I come here, I wait for over 1/2 hour for my food that I even place a mobile order for. Even after all that, they always forget stuff and I’m forced to wait in line again. Then, every person in line has to pull over to the side to wait for their food for 20 minutes. I just wish they would change because I love Wendy’s and it’s the only one in the area. Please do better!
