Not a single person even looked my way. There was a bag full of food that had clearly been on the counter for pickup. I waited patiently for a few minutes before having to try way too hard to get anyone’s attention. Long story short food was cold and not great, they left out things I had asked for in the order and the cilantro was basically big fat stems. Do better.

The chicken was the worst part. All of it was burnt on the outer parts. There were even gross disgusting bits that were all burnt pieces, straight char no meat. The lettuce was brown even though it was 11:30 am in the morning. I don't think the recipes QDOBA uses are good, everything is bland and underseasoned. Some things are salted well. If you get a bowl, the whole thing just tastes watery (I had a classic bowl).
