- SWSequoia Woodman1 day ago4.0I'd say that over all, this Taco Bell is the best one around out of the few other cities nearby. Their food 90% turns out exactly how you want it to, they do have some mishaps, but what business doesn't? The service there is pretty nice. Due to my social anxiety I normally use one of the kiosks they have available. I have talked to the employees before and they are very nice. They keep the place clean and everyone who comes in here always has a smiling face. It's an unusual hang out spot for college kids and high school students, but you do you. If they are staying safe, eating good food, and having fun, that's good.

I decided to get dinner there tonight and I got a grilled cheese beef burrito and it's really disappointing that I spent $6 on a burrito that's barely even filled with anything. You can see layers of tortilla shell more than you can the beef and there's hardly any rice. It's kind of just a disappointment. I don't know what's going on with the town of Big rapids, but it just doesn't seem like any of the fast food places hit as good as the other small town places. My husband got a beef quesarito and he said that one side of the burrito was all cheese and meat and the other bottom half was all rice. I get nobody wants to really work in fast food but it's just a big disappointment when stuff is made this way.

How do you put less toppings on a $6 menu item then you do on a value menu item? My meat on my pizza was 1small scoop and didn't cover the whole thing. None of the topping went out from the center but I had plenty of meat in my double stack taco? If there was a place for photos I would add them
