- LBLi bush6 days ago1.0Ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches online today, asked for extra toppings. Did NOT get extra and i question if I even got my lettuce? Husband's sandwich had jalapenos we didn't even want. If I order from here again it's have to go in and direct/watch them actually make it. When I arrived to pick up my order no one was around because I wanted to purchase some cookies.

This location has rude people and their manager is the example of the crew. When you have an issue that can easily be fixed it is unprofessional to blame the customer for the mistakes made. The fact is that when you call they ignore the phone then blame you for not being able to correct the mistake. I for one will never go back to this subway unless they have a change in crew.
