I work food service too we've also been short staffed I get it that's fine. But what's not ok is I paid online for a $3 delivery fee plus I tipped $6 to have it delivered which it wasn't but I wasn't even offered a refund of that $9. So I paid them $9 to pick up my own stuff? I'm no Karen so I didn't make a big deal but in the future if someone pays for a delivery service that they don't receive, they should get that money back. The lady set my stuff on the counter said you're all set and didn't even tell me to have a good day or anything
