I'm not a huge lover of fast food, but sometimes its what works.
This Arby's did a great job!
Exactly what I ordered and it was hot. I asked for salt, so when I was asked to pull ahead and wait, I figured the salt was not coming with the food. Wrong! All the food, the right food, and glory be! Salt!
Nice folks too. Couldn't ask for more.

I had one of the most frustrating drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had at this Arby’s around 11:03am. The speaker outside was so damaged that I literally had to lean out of my car and raise my voice just to try to place an order. Even then, I kept getting cut off with attitude and told to “speak louder,” despite already shouting to be heard. When I did speak louder, I was yelled at again.
The person taking orders clearly had an attitude from the start, and the interaction only got worse from there. It honestly felt like a “Dude, where’s my car?” moment—confusing, chaotic, and completely unnecessary.
I ended up driving away without ordering because of how poorly I was treated. I used to love stopping here on my lunch break, but after this encounter, I won’t be returning. A little customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing today.
