The ladie that took my order took her 3 times to get a simple order right. Don't go to this taco bell unless you want shir food.

- RFRachel FournierOct 15, 20251.0Came in with my partner, placed an order at the kiosk at 1:30pm. We took a seat and after about 25 minutes, he asked about going to see about our food. When I asked, the girl who got sent to the counter to "deal with us" asked the crew in the back, and the gentleman in the back proceeded to say loud enough for us to hear "what's their problem? 30 minutes is our standard wait time. We're busy" while we were the only customers in the lobby at the time, and the customers who had come in after us and ordered had already gotten their food and left. We were then told they were still working on our food, and it'd be up shortly. We sat back down and waited another 15 minutes. We waited a total 40 minutes, for food that was incorrect. At that point, I was just irritated and over it, and didn't wanna even deal with the rude employees for another 40 minutes for a correction. As I have previously worked at Taco Bell, 40 minutes is absolutely asinine for a wait time, hell, even 20 minutes isn't appropriate. If you're going to go to a Taco Bell, shoot 4 or 5 miles down the road to the one in Berkley. In the time it takes you to get there and get your food and get home and eat that food, you'd still be waiting for your food here.
