  Ordered a cake for my son’s birthday, had an order confirmation number and went to pickup at the scheduled time and they didn’t have any record of my order. Worst DQ ever

  This DQ gets my order wrong every time. My last 2 deliveries were wrong, the misty feeeze I ordered was just a slush with no ice cream. Time before that we got someone else’s order. We asked for 3 things off the menu that they said they couldn’t make with no explanation. I wouldn’t go here if there was another one closer. The owner really needs to do somthing about how bad this location is, just read the reviews…..

  Got my order wrong then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t and would not remake my order. Was forced to get a refund. Also service was slow, customer service was terrible. Will never ever go here again

  Today I’m so dismayed about my experience at this What I thought was a great DQ in my area. This Berkley, Mi 12 mile Rd. Diary Queen location was a total disappointment today. I ordered aSmall vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate,Oreo Blizzard for my daughters and a New York Royal Cheesecake Blizzard (Which I Love and feel it’s worth $8) I did a mobile order and arrived to explain to the worker at the window (Young man) that I didn’t see what I wanted to order on the mobile app and it’s on the store menu and why? (Very politely I asked) he responded “It’s NOT MY FAULT what’s on the app!) and shut the window in my face. Even my daughter said it was very rude. I then observed him focused on some butt and all brushed up against the female worker that was there with him.LAWD HAVE MERCY! It’s not over yet!! I then opened my New York Royal Cheesecake Blizzard and come to find out my he was so wrapped up into the girl he works with that one of them forgot to add my graham pieces and strawberries in my Blizzard. TOTALLY UPSET! I reported this on 3/15/26 @ 3:35pm for the 12 mile Rd. location in Berkley, Mi…. Who’s every reading this DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE WHEN THE TWO LOVE BIRDS ARE THERE!!!! 1️⃣ 🌟 rating in FULL EFFECT!!!!
