Service was horrible I stood at the counter waiting to be helped for 10-15 minutes even said excuse me and the people looked at me and rolled there eyes and then still did not help me , ridiculous.

So I don't even know where to start service was nowhere to be found manager was walking by us like we didn't exist standing at the front counter then told one of the younger staff to come serve us which you could tell she was obviously new 10 hours obligated to stop by for a second time because I was going out of town and had no service whatsoever again with different management that I could see

Pulled up walked inside stood there to register for over 25 minutes nobody would acknowledge me it made me feel alienated to come into the restaurant this is the third time I've come to this restaurant over the last year and every time it's been the same food comes out cold they want you to use their kiosk today I'm just going to leave and go visit another place that wants to do business with me

The friendliness of the staff here has gone way down hill as of late. Whereas the staff used to be very friendly and courteous here, they have given way to being confrontational & rude towards their customers. It seems that managers with no managerial or customer support experience have been put in charge and do a poor job of settling conflicts or de-esculating confrontations. Staff as a whole has become confrontational with customers and offer no resolution or response to conflicts or mistakes to orders.
Things definitely need to get back on track here as far as dealing more friendly with the customers are concerned. That is coming from me from an observation standpoint. Sadly, most of your employees you have on staff here would not be working for me if I was running this McDonald's.

The manager is rude the food sucks it’s never warm can never pay cash inside and god forbid if you sit in there and visit the manager will throw you out
