  TOTALLY RUDE. Our food came out squished as hell, the frappe was HALF FULL and the rest was all whipped cream. Called back and told them what happened and the man named LUCAS hung up on me. Very rude. Food never comes out in good quality. And multiple reports of customer abuse has come from this location. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!! FOR YOUR SAFETY AND WALLET!!!

  Refused to take a hamburger order from my very special nephew, who didn't have a credit card or how to use the ordering screen. The manager Bryanne told him to go through drive through with cash. He doesn't drive and just wanted to order a hamburger for himself and a medium coke for his mom. When I challenged her about the sign that reads "if you have any problem please see a staff member. To which she asked us to leave so she could close the lobby at 5:30 PM, and if we didn't leave she was going to call the non emergency number to have us removed. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. I AM CONTACTING CORPORATE TOMORROW!!!!

  Judon saw that I came to the window and was driving a trailer so I could not go through the drive-through. He was nice enough to come to the door asked me to order online as a pick up order. Because of the situation that day I had not eaten since breakfastand this was on my way back home downstate. If it wouldn’t have been for him, I would have left a bad review and would have not been back. But because of him and the other staff, that was very friendly highly recommended.

  Since when does good Ole Micky D's have the right to say they are fast food when they ARE CLEARLY NOT!!! Since when does ANY business have the audacity to treat customers badly and expect them to use a card when there are people who are employed there are NOT only able to understand how to use a cash register but VERY capable of doing so!!! The kiosk is stupid. Can't get the order right after 4 times trying do you want business or not??

  Service is so horrible here u can't ever stop quickly to grab somthing in the mornings. They don't pay attention to who is in line at drive thru. You will wait several mins in the AM only to have thoes who pull up minutes after you get there order taken first. Go eat local instead. This place is just a waste of time. You can pickup non Togo food at the same exact speed. Iv written this review while waiting in line with NO other cars in line.
