Terrible service. Manager on duty (black lady) acted like she had an attitude the entire time. Line was about 5-6 ppl and only 2 ppl working. If you don’t like your job then why’d you apply ?

Came here at 12:30 am for an uber eats pick up and they got everything perfect. Service was great too even at that late of an hour. Nuggets burgers and fries were hot.

What a terrible experience! I ordered a meal and a couple of Frosty’s On the app. A guy behind the counter asked me if I just placed an order and I Acknowledge that I had. He told me that they did not have Frosty’s so I let him know that that was the primary reason for my visit and that I would like a refund on the order. He told me that I could not get a refund. I asked him to get a manager so that we could do a refund and he said that he is the manager and he cannot do a refund. He told me that he would give me a couple of fountain drinks because they are the same thing as a frosty. I explained that a fountain drink is not the same thing as a frosty, and he started yelling at me that it is the same thing as a frosty.
He continued yelling at me and during the time that he was yelling at me, he told me that I need to figure out online how to get a refund.
I was able to put a request online for a refund. It should take several days.
With that being said, I do not appreciate being yelled at. This employee, who claims to be a manager, owes me an apology for that. This is not how you treat customers. You also do not sit there arguing with people. How is an ice cream treat the same thing as a drink? That makes no sense.
The guy behind the counter definitely needs serious attitude adjustment.
