  Do not waste your money. Benton Harbor, Pipe stone Rd -McDonalds We ordered from a kiosk inside. A medium coffee, McCrispy combo meal to go. Waited without seeing a human for at least 5 minutes. When given our food, neither drink was offered. When asked about coffee, we were told they had no cream, would i like milk? I asked for an unsweetened tea instead. Received tea, after waiting for employee to chat at the drive through with a friend. Then had to ask for my husbands coke. When we got to the truck and opened food, sandwich was dry, over cooked or old?, no mayo, no salt. My tea was sweet tea, specifically asked for unsweet. What an incredible waste of time and way too much money!

  Lady gave me the wrong order then got mad at me when I brought it back told me she couldn't give it to the guy that goes to but then gave it to him anyways

  Never get wat you order and open later and close earlier and something when you get there they won't even say anything nothing they won't be close yet they just close when they want to and have 8 Year olds working there getting your order wrong just aggravating

  Let's start this off with knowledge, I'm a other the road long haul truck driver. I walk to the place of business at 5:45 am, the lobby is locked. Sign on the business door says lobby hour are from 5am to 10pm. I didn't think much about it because they could have changed the hour. I proceeded to walk though the drive though. In the profession I work in I can't drive though. A woman shows up at the pay window, would not open it to talk to me, looks at me down her nose and chuckles and says we don't do walk-ups and walks off. Gives me no time to explain my situation. Just treats me like trash. I understand security and so on but. To treat a human like they are less than thou. It's really sad, but Starbucks across the street was open, honoring store hours and had a smile on employees faces when I WALKED UP.

  Hi I went this establishment on Monday march 9 2026 around 330 I placed to orders in drive thru I paid and everything and when I got to the second window I was pulled to park. I waited about 20 mins or so I knew something was off when everyone was getting there food but me. So fast forward I go inside I talk to a heavy set dude with like a short brown hair and he wears glasses i let him know that I’ve been waiting and he proceed to tell me by yelling at him it want make my food come faster here the thing I didn’t even yell at him. I understood that yall are trying to make changes because of there attitude and thing like that but if your manager and shift leader have attitudes the employees will for real it was a really bad experience for me and my son. And thank u to the young lady for helping me
