  Worse than usual subway - despite indoor dining there is no public bathroom (which lady announced with great pride as if it is normal thing). Initially gave 3 stars for food but that was before I opened it. Have not seen such poorly made wrap in a long time.

  Walked in at 9:20 and they close at 10 for them to tell me that they can’t make me a sandwich.. lazy workers all around Benton harbor.. hire people that eat to work . Horrible

  I am completely disappointed in this store! They are trying to rob customers that order online by only providing half of the meat for the sandwich. When I called the store, the manager argued with me about it and was very rude. I buy the same sandwich made the same way each time and now this store tried to give me half the meat! Can't believe how low this store is getting since the new people took over, truly pathetic!! I would avoid this store at all costs!! Plus it smells now, what's up with that??

  The picture included is the extra sauce that was simply around my sandwich. It was DRIPPING Baja chipotle sauce, so much on there that it gave me heartburn. I’m really not usually one to complain about things, but this is kinda ridiculous. As a former Subway employee, a standard serving of sauce should be 3-4 swipes across the whole sandwich. Whoever is doing 10+ back there needs to STOP.
