  If I could leave a negative star I would. They are so slow and your food is cold when you get it. They are always out of sprite. Expect to wait 30min-1hr.

  Had not been to this location in years, went because my son had a gift card from christmas and we were in the area. We went inside to order, ordered our food on the kiosk, stood there for 20 minutes, no food, no nothing. Works visibly just standing there doing absolutely nothing, one girl drinking a smoothie behind the counter, 2 employees not even in uniform, none of the workers were wearing hats or hair nets or gloves or anything. Oh and also, they were ignoring customers who were at the cash register!!! I left and went to another location. Those employees dont want to work nor do they care!! Close this place down!

  I got drive through food from this mcdonald's.I got two cheeseburgers and a Strawberry banana smoothie and right after I finished eating, I felt a lot of pain in my stomach and I have had a bad food poisoning for a long time Now without being able to throw up until recently they forced us to come inside since they forgot my drink my aunt is disabled and cant walk well the lady who gave us the food was also extremely rude.

  The order was correct, our food was good. However, all of the tables were dirty or sticky, both kiosks had issues (out or order or out of receipt paper), the now serving monitor was not readable/ updating, both self service fountain drink machines had issues (one no working lights, partial working spouts) the other had a broken overhead top and one of the coke dispensers was NOT clean inside, the whole station looked like it hadnt been wiped up in a long time ..... both napkin dispensers were out and after informing the attendants at the counter, nothing happened in the half hour we were there. the bathrooms had not been serviced and the men's was dirty. There was no tidiness to the dining room (furniture, garbage, etc) and even the floor needed to be swept/mopped up (my husband saw someone on crutches slip a bit) Finally, we travel the 94 corridor often and if we need to stop, we typically stop at a mcdonalds because traditionally they have always been clean, friendly and customer service centered. I don't believe this Mcdonalds aligns with the corporate commitment to Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value. We will not be returning to this McDonalds.
