  Ordered my food they brought the wrong thing out 3 different times and when I went inside to get what I ordered they acted all rude! The place is dirty and the costumer service is terrible ill never go there again!!

  Horrible customer service . Keisha should not be on front counter if employed anywhere with an attitude like she has. Screaming that we could have Used the kiosk while she been on here break outside …haha ok bye Keisha ! Very filthy on the inside as well . Ended up leaving , wouldn’t eat after seeing Keisha also handles the food too. 😬

  Well I got food from my grandchildren Halloween surprise luncheon and we didn't get all our food we were missing two meals Cokes for all the kids it was really a let down for the kids cuz they didn't get their meals also a surprise birthday Australia let down for my grandkids I used to work at McDonald's for years back in Maryland the whole family and we always ate there it's been a lot of money there really hurt that this happened manager got smart with me really upset and I'm 68-year-old woman it's a bad reputation on McDonald's you can't get you orders right when you have it delivered by doordash its employees responsibility make sure the food is put in the bag before the sticker goes out in his picked up the driver don't know he only delivers it

  They charge over a $1 for a single piece of cheese, so we took our business up the road to the next McDonald’s. Is that cheap and petty of me? Lol yes. But so is their greedflation and excessive mark up. I’m contacting the BBB!

  Wish I could give zero stars. I went thru the drive-thru and placed my order. After I get to the window and received my food I checked my food and my fries were cold so I hand the bag back and asked for fresh fries. They removed the fries from the bag and handed the rest back. Then I checked the rest of the food and it was cold also so I handed it back and politely stated it was cold also. I then asked for fresh food Desiree loudly stated, " I just made that." She was very rude. The drive thru person, Antonio directed us to park in the drive-thru waiting area. We waited about 10 minutes and finally received our food. The bags were hot and we checked the food which was hot. So we get home and unpack our food to eat and everything was fresh except the daily doubles which I had handed back and Desiree stated she had just made them. Well the daily doubles had been put in the microwave with the lettuce and tomatoes on them. Smh. Just not right. Why would you give someone something you wouldn't eat yourself. I tried calling the store to make the manager aware that I was not happy but no one answered they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. I tried calling back but they must have taken the phone off the hook because it was constantly busy. I am very disappointed. I rarely eat at McDonald's and will never eat there again!!!
